Property - Mapperley: A Flawless First Floor Transformation
Our recent project in Mapperley involved the revitalization of a kitchen and a second room on the first floor of a house. With a keen eye for detail and a focus on quality, we transformed these spaces into stunning, bright areas that will enhance the residents' daily lives.
Though the rooms had been plastered previously, we started by applying a first coat of paint to identify any cavities or defects that may have been missed. This thorough approach allowed us to ensure a flawless final result and to address any imperfections before proceeding with the finishing touches.
After the initial coat, we patched and sanded the walls to create a smooth and even surface. This meticulous preparation is essential for achieving a high-quality, professional finish that will stand the test of time.
Once the walls were properly prepared, we applied two coats of white Leyland paint. This premium paint not only provides excellent coverage and durability but also brightens the space with its crisp, clean appearance. The choice of white brings a sense of spaciousness and freshness to the kitchen and the second room, creating a welcoming atmosphere for the residents to enjoy.
